The SoftStrip of a property occurs when you contract Abastra to remove everything inside a building to strip it back to the structure only. This may be required in order to prepare the property for either refurbishment or demolition.
Electrical and mechanical services installations, including items such as boilers, air conditioning, lighting, power and plumbing, flooring finishes, ceilings and wall accessories are removed together with door, architraves, skirtings, non-load bearing partitions and staircases.
Wherever materials or plant can be saved, these are either
recycled, reused in the project at a later date or are disposed
of by licensed waste carriers.
Abastra offer a complete SoftStrip service so tha customers
have the convenience and economy of dealing with a single
contractor throughout the whole process.
